The Self Crafted Life Program is delivered over 10 Sessions, with 2 Sessions free of charge, before you make any commitment, to ensure we can actually work together, and I have what you’re looking for.
- a no charge 15 minute Zoom consultation to find out if we’re a fit- if we’re not a good fit, you owe me nothing
- a no charge 50 minute Session to find out if what I have to offer works for you, if my style isn’t helpful for you, don’t commit to the next phase, and you owe me nothing
- a commitment to 10 Sessions over 10 weeks, paid either up-front or over the 10 weeks.
- an invitation to continue working with me as regularly or irregularly as you like, at a rate of $110 p/session.
Sessions are via Zoom or face-to-face in Braidwood, NSW, Australia.

You pay me nothing in the first 2 sessions
I want to make sure that I can help you and you want to work with me. I offer you a 15 minute Zoom call, where we get to have a sense of each other and what you’re looking for. If we both feel good at the end of that, we schedule a longer session so that you can get a sense of how I work. It’s not until the end of that session that I’ll ask you whether you want to commit to the Program.

I do not expect you to pay for the Program in one go
I know it’s not easy for people to come up with $1350 in one go, so I offer you the option to pay $135 each week, over the ten weeks. Afterward, if you decide to continue on the session price is $110.

I will present something you’ve never seen before
If you’ve sought anxiety or trauma counselling previously, I promise your work with me will be different. I have over 25 years experience working in the Wellness space, and the tools I’ve collected and developed create actual shifts for a better life.

What you see is what you get
I promise to stick to my promises – there are no hidden costs, tricks, or bonus deals at the end. I’m not going to send you a series of carefully crafted emails to draw you into purchasing a heap of crap you don’t need. The Program is ten sessions, plus the freebies. That’s all of it. You can find out what else I offer by going to the Directory on this site, and if you’re interested in those offerings, you have the choice to follow them up (or not). In anxiety-informed counselling (also trauma-informed) our interactions are directed by the reactions and responses of your nervous system. I won’t force you into anything.

I will always fit you in
On completion of your ten week program, you will have the option to continue working with me. I charge $110 for the sessions after your program, and they can be as often or as irregular as suits you. I will always fit you into my calendar, within one-to-two weeks of your asking.

We will work holistically
It doesn’t matter what your diagnosis is or isn’t; what your psych prescribed; what kind of ‘diet’ your dietician suggested; or how often you go to the gym. We will work together to encompass Thinking, Moving, Eating, Doing and Living Well, in ways that suit you, for this moment in time. Although all new people work with me in a ten session program, your needs will differ to other people. We’ll focus on things like anxiety triggers, somatic awareness, thought work, Wellness Principles and the Rhythm. As a result, I won’t give you the same cookie-cutter approach as the last person. We will work together to get the best results for you.

to never use a diagnostic, medical model. I have a 100% holistic approach, and trust that you are the expert of your own mind, body and reality. I’ll hold an equal weight of importance to helping you Think well, Move well, Eat Well, Do Well and Live Well. No cookie-cutter approach.

no judgment – your journey is unique and individual. You are the expert. I’m merely a cheerleader with some helpful strategies and realationship to offer along the way. I will encourage, support and celebrate you. I will also not shy away from difficult conversations that could contribute to your self crafting or healing experience.

to work within a trauma-informed, polyvagal and relational framework, that honours your experience past, present and future. I will not rush you and you will always have choice regarding the work we do in sessions. I will care about and take into account your fears.

to always be organised, on time and prepared for your session. If I change the time or date of your appointment more than one time in your ten week session program, you’ll get another bar of delicious, ethical, dark chocolate.

to never send you home with work sheets for ‘homework,’ never tell you to ‘think positive,’ and never say that you are wrong.

no hidden costs. The Session Program is ten weeks, at a cost of $1350, with one 15 minute free session, followed by a free full length session before you’re expected to pay anything. You may pay in one lump sum of $1350, or over the ten weeks, at $135 p/week. After the ten weeks, you may continue to work with me regularly or irregularly, at a cost of $110 p/session. As mentioned below, if you require me to have meetings with other practitioners in your team, or you request a support letter, the cost is $90.

if you commit to the program, I will have space for you in my calendar, and after your ten sessions, if you want anymore, I will always find a time for you within one to two weeks of asking. The cost of sessions after the ten week program is $110.

to work with you, alongside (but not necessarily within) any other framework you’re engaged with, eg. prescription pharmaceuticals, massage therapy or spiritual healing. If you require me to communicate with other professionals in your team, I charge $90 for meetings and writing support letters.

if you call me between sessions, I will give you 10 minutes for discussion. Anything more than 10 minutes will need to be held until your next session. If you need to make contact it’s usually better to send a message via SMS or Whats App – 0482955340.

to service self managed NDIS plans, but I don’t service Medicare/Mental Health Plans.

to provide a discounted rate for pensioners, students, disadvantaged and other people who may be unable to pay full rate. Just ask me about it when we have our first free consultation.

When you work with me I ask you to

bring up any concerns right away. Whatever the problem is, we can sort it out if we both know about it.

adjust your session time online, via my calendar, if you need to change your booking with more than 24 hours to spare – less than 24 hours to spare, your appointment will be forfeit.

feel free to cry if you’re feeling emotional, eat if you’re hungry (seriously, I know what it’s like when you’re trying to fit appointments into an already busy day – bring your lunch and eat while we talk), and move if you need to (if you want to have your online appointment while you’re on a walk, go for it).
