Join Hollie for an exploration of the Rhythm of Life. Discover the women’s map for being in flow with life and everything in it, so that you can navigate the busy everyday with ease. We will journey and question and learn through movement, drum journey and sacred sharing. Get a group together for an educational workshop (with props and fun) for the Rhythm of Life. Learn :

Self Crafted Life Program
In my experience as a registered counsellor, working with anxiety and performance, I’ve found that people benefit from a series of regular sessions. Due to this, I no longer offer one-off sessions, and require people I work with to commit to a minimum of 10 sessions as part of a mini-intensive program aimed at helping you create a life of freedom. This is the program for anyone who is constantly seeking the growth edges, who lives for more than maintenance, and loves the ongoing journey of personal development. Attend to both your inner and outer reality, and be the best version of yourself, every single day.
