If you want to turbo boost your Self Crafted Wellness, having a carefully designed Morning Rhythm is a way to alleviate decision fatigue and ensure you’re checking off as many Active Wellness Steps as you can reach.

 

Self Crafted Wellness is for people who are ready to take action for a better quality of life. Habits are the architecture of your day. This Check List will help you form habits to do better everyday.

The items on this list are my foundations for Self Care.

Achieve many of the daily Self Crafted Wellness Active Steps (A.S.) with this Morning Rhythm (A.S.3 #stackyourlife), and ensure you start everyday well.

Wake up – A.S.13:37 It’s a happy feeling to have a tick before you even start!

Drink Water – A.S.8:41 Remind your body you’re safe by starting your day hydrated. Could you drink 600ml to a litre before you do anything else?

Make Tidy – Make your bed or sort out whatever was missed last night. Outer order often makes for inner calm, and therefore easier focus.

Love Your Teeth – A.S.9:21:36 Oil-pull as soon as you’re up, to ensure your oral microbiome is balanced and ready for a new day. Use SCW Tooth Powder in your oral care routine.

Breathe Well – A.S.7 Breathing well is a practised skill. Most people do not breathe efficiently. Start by paying attention to whether you easily breathe through your nose and into your diaphragm. Seek assistance to level up from there.

Walk – A.S.6:12:29:42:51 Bipedal movement encourages neuroplasticity by telling your body and brain to pay attention to what’s going on around you. It prepares you for the stresses of the day.

Gratitude – A.S.32 Find something to be thankful for, and anchor a neural pathway of appreciation, joy and connection.

Practise – A.S.1:38:39:45 Do the thing that brings you the mostjoy or clarity. There’s no one practise that’s right for everyone. We practise mindfully in order to make a skill or a way of being a regular part of our lives. Examples may include breathwork, yoga, meditation, reading, prayer, archery, martial arts, dance, chess, slacklining… there’s no limit!

Love Your Skin – A.S.9:18:34:49 Commit to Self Care with an oil-based skin routine. Use luscious lipids, remembering that the products you use on the outside are food on the inside too.

Foot Strong – A.S.11:14:20 Pay attention to your foundations to reduce pain and build strength above. Release, heal and strengthen. Seek assistance to level up.

Nutrition – A.S.5:10:17:19:22:26:31:35:36:49 Decide NOW what you’ll eat for the day, to avoid unhealthy choices and decision fatigue when your schedule is busier.

Plan Your Day – A.S.46:51:52 Check-in with appointments & expectations. Which task will create the most ease by being completed? Use the Lunation Annual Planner Diary or Daily Rhythm Planner Pad.
